The staff are great and definitely one of their best assets.
The food at both the restaurants are above average and it's nice that they have the choice of Italian and Thai. The BBQ night was fantastic- really wish they had that option every night. Nothing like fresh seafood done well.
Having our own beach and the sunset is great. I also like all the different pools and how it was laid out- you could easily find your own corner to lie down, read a book, and jump in when you wanted, even when I visited when they had 100% occupancy. Enjoyed the three different happy hours near the sunset lounge too.
Great for family- my son had a great time feeding the koi, pool/tub/beach/snorkeling/DVDs.
20-30 minutes to ao nang though. But regular vans from hotel mitigate this.

Where do I begin...what an AMAZING holiday. Straight from the beginning my partner & I was welcomed with open arms. The staff at the resort were extremely welcoming and friendly. They greeted us everyday in the most heart felt way. The food is FANTASTIC!!!! From the Western to the Traditional Cuisines, it felt like I was eating in a 5 Star Resturant every night. Overall I HIGHLY recommend this Resort, as it's simple one of God's gift to mankind. Reviewed by Melvin Uwaibi
The hotel was right in the middle of all the activities and shops which was great for us - we walked everywhere in our 4d3n stay. The room itself was amazing for the price we paid, and the hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch as it directly faced the cliffs and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The staff were all very friendly and would go out of their way to help you. They also have a counter at the front of the hotel offering packages and activities - I would highly recommend signing up with them as the staff serving us was incredibly helpful and even gave us a discount on our packages!
Very nice hotel - superb pool and facilities - location is a toss up as it depends if people want to spend time at the hotel or visit places around krabi as its not the best location to move around krabi but a great location if you want to stay at the resort cut off from all the other beaches and the town
Had a wonderful relaxed holiday on a quiet beach. Private pool room was excellent and maintained by helpful and friendly staff. Food in 2 restaurants on site was excellent, as was the food in a restaurant on the beach about 100 meters away. We were not hassled at any time by people trying to sell us anything on the beach, unlike other parts of Thailand.

Grand deluxe room is the best room if you stay in this hotel. Reasons; bright, nice view, clean, bigger room, no creepy crawlies.
I've got deluxe room for my 1st day of my stay, room was dark (dim light) even in day time the room was dark. Bed not so comfy as the mattress a bit worn out, chair for dressing table was dirty (frabric dirty), I didn't sit on it. There was lizard in the room which makes me feel uneasy.
So if you wanna stay in this hotel, get a higher floor room to avoid darkness n creepy crawlies.

The hotel room is spacious, some said bed is hard but it was good to me. We got a adora grand which have a bath tub at the balcony. No view outside the balcony but it's ok for me because we see all astonishing view during island hopping. The room is exactly like what in the photos but it is a bit old. Room cleanliness need to be improved. The breakfast was good, can not say excellent but is it better than many others hotel. The atmosphere at the breakfast area is great! It is my favorite corner of the hotel. Every morning heading for breakfast is my happiest moment. The staffs are friendly and it is just less than 100m away from massage and 7-11. You will like the location. The swimming pool is beautiful, but maybe it is low season, we dare not swim dare due to alga was found in the pool. I would not said it is a perfect resort, but it doesn't disappointed us.

To the west of Krabi, Tubkaek Beach sits just north of Klong Muang and flows into the Kao Hang Nak Natural Forest on the interior. The beach itself looks out onto the Koh Hong archipelago, and a day trip of the area provides a closer look at the islands. Tubkaek Beach is known for its relaxing atmosphere and soft sand, offering a respite from the bustle of nearby Ao Nang.
