Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms with delicious fried rice option for breakfast. The air con is strong, staff is really friendly, and it's a great value. It can get a little loud with doors closing or people talking in the hallway as insulation isn't the best, but just bring ear plugs.
It's a new location so they are trying to establish themselves. The customer service was so good, I needed a scrub brush to wash my shirt in the sink of my room, and they ran to the store just to get me a scrub brush. I said you don't have to, but her reply was " What if someone else needs" Wow, that's customer service. I didn't have a chair and table with an ash tray my first day and I just said I could use an ashtray and I came back to a tank and chairs and an ashtray on my balcony. These guys really try. I was very happy with my stay.
